‘Gotham’ TV Show in the Works?


The website ThinkMcFlyThink.com has learned that Warner Bros. has hired a writer for a new series that will take place between The Dark Knight and The Dark Knight Rises. It is said that the series would focus on Gotham’s finest trying to battle crime and corruption during Batman’s time away from crime fighting. ThinkMcFlyThink believes it’s possible that the series might be inspired by the comic series Gotham Central.

Gotham Central is a police procedural comic book series that was published by DC Comics. It was written by Ed Brubaker and Greg Rucka, with pencils initially by Michael Lark. The story focused on the Gotham City Police Department and the difficulties of its officers living and working in Gotham City, home of Batman.
