Box Office Winners October 4-6, 2013

Positive buzz and weak box office competition propelled ‘Gravity’ to an easy win with a still-impressive $55.5 Million dollars this weekend. Last week’s number 1 film ‘Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs 2’ dropped 36% to come in second with $21.5 Million. The Ben Affleck-Justin Timberlake drama ‘Runner Runner’ only ran away with $7.6 Million to come in 3rd place. ‘Prisoners’ and ‘Rush’ round out the top 5 films of the weekend.
