Apes rule supreme as “Dawn of the Planet of the Apes” takes top spot at the Box Office this weekend, easily beating all other competitors including last week’s winner “Transformers: Age of Extinction” with $73 Million over “Transformers'” $16 Million. Coming in third is the comedy “Tammy” with $12 Million while “22 Jump Street” took 4th with $6.7 Million. “How to Train Your Dragon 2” took 5th place with $5.8 Million, for a total domestic gross of $152 Million.
